Raising money for Veterans and having a rucking good time!

August is often a time for swimming, camping, hiking and eating s’mores by the fire. It’s also a time for many in the Twin Cities to raise funds and bring awareness to local veterans living with trauma right here in our communities. They do this by getting into the Ruck Life!

On August 5th, Chelsea Phillips (Oakdale MN office) and her teammates carried ruck sacks filled with food and clothing donations for veterans in Minnesota. Her team, Team Christopher “Doc” Arnold, raised over $3300 to help support local men and women that have served our country faithfully and need our help. They walked and carried their ruck sacks on 2 mile loops (up to 10 miles) with up to 50 pounds of donations on their backs. What a wonderful opportunity to have fun and do good at the same time!
