Our sales trainers provide on-site and in-field training for developing and seasoned sales associates. Trainers are responsible for teaching sales skills as well as provide service specific training necessary to provide the level of expertise required for a Rove representative. Sales trainers have strong leadership and teaching abilities. Trainers teach representatives to find the most effective solutions for individual customer needs.
Sales Team Manager
Our sales team managers work directly with small to medium sized sales teams. Team managers are goal oriented and driven to help those on their team achieve individual goals while simultaneously achieving team goals. Team managers are energetic individuals that encourage and inspire their team members to achieve the best results.
Sales Department Manager
Our sales department managers provide training to sales trainers and sales managers as it pertains to their individual scopes of responsibility within the departments. The department manager is responsible for helping teams, trainers and individuals in achieving their goals and requirements. The department managers also coordinate service policies, procedures, quality control and communications with service management.
Area Sales Manager
Area sales managers are the driving force behind each company program within a geographic area. Sales managers coordinate between management and department heads. Area managers must be quick to identify strengths within individuals and programs in order to share best practices and quickly strengthen weaker areas.
